- Performance registration via the form on our website. This data is for the producing organisation rather than an individual.
Data collected: Title of Play, Number of Performances, First Performance, Final Performance, Date, Performance Venue, Producing Church/School/Organisation, Email address, Your website address, Postal Address, City, State or Province, Postal Code, Country
- Statcounter – Visiting our website.

Processing your data is necessary for us to comply with legal obligations to which we are subject. We need to keep some transactional data to prove that our source of income is legitimate. A record is kept of each financial transaction to do this. We retain Date, Amount, PayPal Transaction ID, Your Email Address, Your Name. The information is supplied to us by PayPal.

By providing your data to us, to receive or engage in our services, you are giving us your agreement to collect and store your data in the provision of our services. Storage of your data is online. As we engage the services of Gmail, Campaign Monitor, E Junkie, Statcounter and PayPal the locations of their particular data centres is determined by them. We are unable to provide national location guarantees for the storage of your data.
