Easter Monologues

The tomb is empty! What does this mean for the many people connected to Jesus burial?
This drama shows the effect the empty tomb has on the religious leaders, Roman guards, the woman followers of Jesus and the grave yard gardener. The drama ends with the excitement of Jesus being alive and the Gardener exclaiming: "He's alive! And he's got everyone stirred up all over again! You know what? I'm not missing a second chance to get to know this Jesus of yours! Let's go!".

The Easter Story

The Easter Story is written specifically for groups to act out to narration without the requirement of learning lines. The narration can simply be read or alternatively it can be memorized by the Narrators and spoken. You make that choice.
The play has been written especially for larger groups to perform. There are at least 20 acting roles of various sizes meaning that everyone can be involved… and there is opportunity for crowd scenes too, so you can include as many participants as you wish.
One or many roles can be played by each actor. This means that the size of the cast is truly flexible.

The Easter Journey

The Easter Journey tells the Easter story from Jesus’ triumphant entry in Jerusalem to the Last Supper, to his betrayal, his trial, his crucifixion and his resurrection. It ends with Jesus’ commission and promise of the Holy Spirit to come.
The play has been written especially for large groups to perform. There are over 35 speaking parts of various sizes meaning that everyone can be involved… and there are crowd scenes too, so you can include as many participants as you wish.
One or many roles can be played by each actor meaning that the size of the cast is truly flexible. The structure of the play also allows for the placement of your favorite Easter songs between scenes if desired.
